Allowances and Expenses

CICC bears the following expenses in accordance with rules of CICC:

  • roundtrip air ticket (economy fare)
  • initial allowance
  • transportation fare between Narita airport and place of accommodation
  • accommodation fee
  • living allowance covering food and daily expenses
  • transportation expenses between
  • ccommodation and CICC
  • fixed allowance on sending textbooks back after training period
  • textbooks used in the course
  • medical charges for trainees who may become ill after arrival in Japan

Regulations

Trainees must:

  • observe and adhere to the rules of CICC strictly;
  • observe and adhere to the course curriculum strictly;
  • follow the flight schedule designated by CICC;
  • neither shorten not extend the length of stay in Japan;
  • not do any activities of job-hunting and work in Japan;
  • not return to their home countries temporarily during the training period;
  • not accompany with family members, relatives and friends on coming to Japan and during the training period;
  • if trainees break the regulations, they must return to home countries at their own expenses. The total amount spent for the trainees must be returned to CICC, except in the case of accident or disease recognized by CICC.

Other Information

  • All application procedures should be done through PCS, the CICC counterpart organization. CICC rejects any applications that are sent directly.
  • All the forms and documents should be received by CICC before the deadline. CICC cancels application if they do not reach CICC by the deadline.
  • Cancellation is never permitted except for unforeseen reasons as accident, serious disease, etc. In case of disease, a doctor’s certificate is required. If unreasonable cancellation should occur, we may be subjected to restrictions on future selection.
  • In case of cancellation, applicants should return all the documents to CICC immediately.

    Upon submission of application: P500.00
    Additional P1,500.00 if you passed the CICC evaluation.
